EUROSATORY 22: Everything RHEINMETALL

06/11/2022By Redaktion
Under the motto Move – Sense – Strike, Rheinmetall is presenting a comprehensive portion of its products, systems, and activities for the digitized battlefields of the future at this year's Eurosatory exhibition (Paris, June 13-17, 2022). With around 3,000m² of exhibition space, this is Rheinmetall's largest trade fair presence at Eurosatory to date (booth number F241-240).
As a highlight, Rheinmetall is presenting in a world premiere a new large-caliber combat vehicle – the MBT Panther. The platform offers dueling dominance and sets new standards in all areas - reconnaissance capability, networking, mobility, protection, and effectiveness. Rheinmetall's trade fair themes include: Rheinmetall Technology Cube: The new tool uses state-of-the-art technologies such as Augmented Reality to engage in a dialogue with users and procurers for the development of next-generation combat vehicles. The goal is to rethink the future together - for example, by integrating new drives, sensors, or subsystems into fully digitalized, scalable vehicle platform concepts. Visiting the Technology Cube is scheduled from Monday to Wednesday starting at 16:00 - please make sure to register in advance, this can also be done spontaneously at the trade fair. Airborne Deployment Platform: Together with renowned partners, Rheinmetall offers a versatile and highly mobile vehicle family for light forces such as airborne or special operations forces.
Fuchs High-Roof Demonstrator: A modernized version of the proven transport tank Fuchs with increased interior space will be presented in a version as a protected ambulance. Unmanned Systems and Robotics: For the first time, Rheinmetall presents the unmanned aerial vehicle LUNA NG (Next Generation) as the latest development for unmanned, airborne reconnaissance, classification, and real-time object recognition. Rheinmetall also demonstrates how various integrated unmanned airborne reconnaissance systems can enhance the sensors of vehicle platforms and improve situational awareness. Loitering Munition: Rheinmetall and its partner UVision have agreed to cooperate to market UVision's Loitering Munition (LM) family Hero in Europe. At Eurosatory, both companies showcase the integration possibilities of different Hero LM systems into manned and unmanned vehicles. HX3 Vehicle Family: Rheinmetall's new HX3 vehicle generation is characterized by improved protection, increased mobility, higher driving comfort, and a digital interface architecture for an even more flexible range of uses and future performance enhancements. At Eurosatory 2022, the Rheinmetall self-propelled howitzer is displayed on a highly mobile HX 10×10 chassis.
Air Defense: Highly mobile, modular, and scalable ground-based air defense systems are becoming increasingly important with the NATO forces' renewed focus on national and alliance defense. At Eurosatory, Rheinmetall showcases, among others, an 8×8 Boxer configured as an air defense armored vehicle with the new Skyranger 30 turret and integrated air defense missile launcher. Protection: Rheinmetall's comprehensive expertise in protection technologies ranges from individual passive ballistic solutions to highly advanced proactive protection systems. At Eurosatory 2022, Rheinmetall presents the StrikeShield module, an integrable hybrid module for vehicles that combines active and passive protection technologies.
Digitized Battlefield: As a leading system integrator, Rheinmetall has all the competencies to connect the different entities on the digitized battlefield of the future. Rheinmetall demonstrates how the "fog of war" can be lifted at Eurosatory 2022 through the interaction of sensors, effectors, and modern man-machine interfaces. Rheinmetall also showcases the current configurations of the Gladius 2.0 soldier system and its integration with manned and unmanned vehicles and subsystems. In addition, Rheinmetall demonstrates its extensive expertise in nearly all capability categories at Eurosatory 2022. These include weapons and ammunition systems for threat-appropriate and scalable effects, innovative and networking-capable sensors for land, air, or sea applications, as well as powerful simulations for comprehensive training. We look forward to your visit at Eurosatory 2022 at booth F241-240 in the outdoor area next to Hall 6.
