The Frag Bag is here

The Frag Bag has been specially designed for the M67 fragmentation grenade, allowing it to be mounted upside down on the included drop panel. This allows the frag to be located below other belt mounted pouches and gives the capability to double stack your Frag Bag with one facing up and one facing down. The cupped hood offers ample security and allows for a smooth pull down.

The buckle appears to be upside down. This is because it faces the right direction to easily close the bag again. If you don't have any grenades on hand, you can store a few cans of Zyn or handcuffs in it.
