The new STREAMLIGHT TLR-7 HL-X

Streamlight introduces the TLR-7 HL-X USB, a 1,000-lumen multi-fuel weapon light with increased beam distance delivering up to 22,000 candela – more than twice that of the previous model TLR-7.

Users have the choice between a cost-effective SL-B9 USB-C battery pack or a 3-volt CR123A lithium battery. The TLR-7 HL-X USB features a white power LED and a special TIR optic that creates a concentrated beam of light while optimizing area illumination. It delivers 1,000 lumens, 22,000 candela, a beam distance of 297 meters, and a runtime of 30 minutes. It can also be switched to 500 lumens, 11,000 candela, a beam distance of 210 meters, and a runtime of 1 hour with a Streamlight SL-B9 battery.

With a CR123A battery inserted, the lamp offers 500 lumens, 11,000 candela, a beam distance of 210 meters, and a runtime of 1.5 hours.

The protected lithium-ion battery (850 mAh) with USB-C connection is rechargeable up to 500 times and can be charged in 2.5 hours via the USB-C connection on the battery or with an optional charger. The new light is priced at $295, in Europe likely a bit more.
