Train without ammunition

Ammunition prices are a shocking thing, especially when you are not a government employee and have to pay for them yourself. The rule is: the more shots, the more experienced the shooter. It's good that there is dry training. At the booth of 1MOA at the AUSTRIA ARMS Action Days, we were able to test the MANTIS Blackbeard X System. Above, you can see it installed in an AR15. 

The system is two-part: the Blackbeard Bolt Carrier Group fits AR-15, AR-10, or SIG MCX and replaces the real part in the weapon. The BlackbeardX magazine is a power bank with an integrated MantisX. Advantage: training with your own weapon, exactly the right trigger, feels like shooting in semi-automatic mode. 

The Mantis Laser Academy can be used as a shooting cinema; it works with a tablet. The shooter sets up targets, the camera captures them and stores and evaluates the hits. All at home, very quietly, and no cartridges used.
