We are changing the shipping

Many of you will know our shop, through which we sell our patches, Red and Black Books. Unfortunately, in recent months, customer complaints about undelivered shipments have increased significantly. We were always able to resolve this, but it was unsatisfactory for all parties involved. We also receive many messages regarding a tracking number. Unfortunately, we usually ship with Austrian Post without tracking, as it would have led to significant administrative effort and considerable additional costs.

Due to all these inquiries, we have looked for other shipping solutions and found one. From now on, we will ship to Germany, Austria, and all of the EU with GLS, including a tracking number. The shipments should also arrive much faster now. Logically, such a service costs more, so we had to completely recalculate and slightly increase the shipping costs, but at the same time, we can now offer free shipping for orders over €100 for the entire EU and over €60 for Austria.

For our Swiss and international friends, we will continue to ship via Austrian Post, but not every shipment will automatically be provided with a tracking number. However, you now have the option to choose a slightly more expensive shipping method with UPS including tracking.
