Christmas visit: Special depot

Shortly before Christmas, we find ourselves in southern Germany. In Adelsried, just before Augsburg, is our first stop. Here we visit the Spezial Depot, run by Uli Dehler.

The master himself opens the store for us (actually it's closed for inventory) and shows us around.

"We are not specialized, but here you can enter in a loincloth and buy everything you need for a tour." We agree, as you look at the assortment of over 20,000! stocked items on several 100 square meters.

Not a matter of course in times when everyone orders everything online and retail stores are slowly but surely going down the drain. But since 1998, Dehler has been running the business successfully and has already included some well-selling own products in the range. We have already introduced to you the Pedduk Shelter System - unfortunately, the review is currently not available due to the website crash, but will be back online as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can at least watch the video.

For example, we were able to look at two of his knives, the Dehler Special Knife (DSM)

and the Dehler Bushcraft Knife (DBM):

The DSM is primarily designed as a package opener, and the DBM as a purebred bushcraft knife. Both come with excellently crafted Kydex sheaths and Tac Lock attachments. If you want to know more about the knives, let us know in the comments, and we will present them to you.

Otherwise, you will find a wide range of equipment, clothing, food, and firearms scattered throughout the shop.

You will also find a lot of steel products at Spezial Depot such as knives, axes, and hatchets.

Small stuff needs a lot of space when there is a lot of small stuff.
