The Boxer successfully passed its seawater test at Instow Beach in North Devon. The photo was taken by the British Amphibious Trials and Development Wing (ATDW).
The 38.5 ton vehicle demonstrated excellent performance, proving that it can move stably and controlled through water and can also ford without special preparation.
The ATDW was pleased with this test, which also demonstrated the impressive tactical mobility of the Boxer, making it an essential asset for the British Armed Forces in any scenario requiring rapidly deployable infantry.
