Thermal imaging camera at Hofer/Aldi

Next Monday (10.08.2015) there is a thermal imaging camera available for order at Hofer/Aldi (not in the store) for a relatively cheap price of 1,999€. The technical data doesn't sound too bad:

• high refresh rate: 50 Hz for a very clear, smooth image
• resolution: 384 x 288 pixels
• built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery (up to 8 hours runtime)
• lens diameter: 19 mm
• digital zoom: 2x or 4x
• diopter adjustment: +/- 4 diopters
• IP67 (protected against water and dust particles)
• usable in temperature range from -20 to +50 °C
• weight: only 305 g
• dimensions: 6.2 x 15.8 x 6.6 cm (H x L x W)

Of course, not comparable to official devices, but quite acceptable for the price. So, if you want to see heat from time to time, you could go for it.
