The TwinDraw TQ Pouch by V.I.T.A.L. is a compact, ambidextrous tourniquet case designed for secure and quick access in crisis situations. Made from durable X-PAC laminate, it features a two-way ejection system and various attachment options, ensuring the tourniquet is always within reach and protected from contamination and UV damage.
The Active Resilience Solutions GmbH based in Neudrossenfeld/Bavaria manufactures medical equipment for professional first aid in crisis and war situations under the brand V.I.T.A.L. The equipment must function reliably under all circumstances and in every situation, regardless of whether it is operated with the weak or strong hand. V.I.T.A.L. developed the TwinDraw TQ Pouch to fully protect a deployed tourniquet against UV and contamination while allowing ejection in both directions.

The TwinDraw TQ Pouch has a width of one MOLLE column, a length of 16 cm, a height of 5 cm, and a weight of 61 grams (empty). The material of this product is made from X-PAC laminate. The X-Pac is characterized by high stability and is equipped with a 500-den nylon exterior, resulting in a very abrasion-resistant, extremely tear-resistant, and waterproof material. Additionally, the TwinDraw TQ Pouch is marked with a laser engraving indicating the contents of the pouch with the internationally recognized abbreviation "TQ".

The side pocket flaps, the belt loops on the back, and the MOLLE loop are made of polyamide fabric, which meets military standards.

Thanks to the integrated CURV MOLLE platform, the TwinDraw TQ Pouch can be attached vertically or horizontally to MOLLE-compatible equipment. It is stiff and robust, offers a secure fit, and is still minimal in weight.

The TwinDraw TQ Pouch is a compact tourniquet pouch with a two-way ejection system. This allows for quick and ambidextrous access to the deployed tourniquet. The tourniquet is always within reach, regardless of whether you are right or left-handed or if access is only possible from a specific side. The TwinDraw TQ Pouch is designed to be opened with one hand and adheres firmly to the equipment.

Additionally, it features side Durastretch inserts where markers and glow sticks can be stored.

There are several attachment options that can each be used in their own way. The belt loops made from polyamide fabric are stable, allowing the TwinDraw TQ Pouch to be worn horizontally on the belt.

The TwinDraw TQ Pouch is MOLLE/PALS compatible. Thanks to the integrated MOLLE strip made of CURV on the back, it can be attached vertically and horizontally to, under, and onto many items of equipment such as plate carriers, chest rigs, and IFAK pouches.
The TwinDraw TQ Pouch from V.I.T.A.L. is a flat, tactical tourniquet case with a true, ambidextrous ejection system. The tourniquet (e.g., a TQDNIPRO or a similar product) can be retrieved and applied in both directions with exactly the same speed and grip – regardless of which hand is free or in what position the user finds themselves in a crisis situation. The case fully envelops and protects the tourniquet from dirt, abrasion, and harmful UV radiation, while remaining immediately ready for use. It features flexible, abrasion-resistant Durastretch side pockets for storing markers or glow sticks. The rigid CURV platform can be attached vertically to standard MOLLE/PALS webbing or horizontally to a duty or service belt.
The TwinDraw TQ Pouch from V.I.T.A.L. is available in the colors Multicam, Coyote, Black, Ranger Green, and Multicam Black for 45 euros here in the Store or from retailers that carry the brand.
