US fusion technology for Europe: AN/PSQ 36

The FUSION cutting-edge technology (low light amplifier/thermal imaging combination) from L3 Insight is now available in Europe for military special forces. With over ten years of experience in the development and production of this technology, L3 Insight is the only manufacturer of market-available binocular Fusion Goggles. All devices are developed in close cooperation with US SOCOM. Therefore, the devices are tailored to the current needs of demanding users and extensively tested in operation. The night vision goggle AN/PSQ 36, also known as FGE (Fusion Goggle Enhanced), is now in its third evolution stage and offers the user a three-dimensional image thanks to the two high-resolution 18mm low light amplifier tubes (available in green or black/white). The goggles have an integrated 17µm thermal imaging sensor, weigh only about 600g, and even offer the possibility to input external data. Also suitable for maritime use, the device is waterproof up to a depth of 20 meters, covering all the needs of special forces on land, in water, and in the air.
