The US ARMY reallocates resources, putting some projects on hold like the FARA program. Production of UH-60V Blackhawk and CH-47F Chinook will continue. Future plans include investment in modernization of Blackhawk and research for unmanned aerial reconnaissance.
Even the US ARMY seems to not have unlimited resources available, so now there will be a reallocation and some projects will be put on hold. What does that mean in detail? The Blackhawk successor will continue to be pursued, but the replacement for the KIOWA, the FARA program will be suspended for now. This means that the fancy helicopter in the image above will not be seen anytime soon.
Additionally, more BLACKHAWKs UH-60M, not the UH-60V, and CHINOOKs CH-47F will be built.
