UNI&FORMA: Jože Kastelic becomes the new CEO

UNI&FORMA d.o.o. announced today the appointment of Jože Kastelic as the new CEO. Kastelic will assume the position on September 1, 2022. He will gradually succeed Milena Wagner and Armin Wagner, who will step down from their roles as Co-CEOs on December 31, 2022.

Milena Wagner will retire after leaving UNI&FORMA. She founded the company 25 years ago. Armin Wagner will remain in his role as head of product development at UNI&FORMA.

Jože Kastelic, born in Novo mesto, Slovenia, completed his Master's studies at the University of Ljubljana in 2012 and brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience to UNI&FORMA. In his previous position as Business Unit Managing Director at his former employer, Kastelic was responsible for leading a team of 185 employees. By implementing lean business concepts, new technologies, and other measures to enhance the market position, Kastelic and his team were able to double the company's revenue and significantly increase profitability.
