Level 9 - and yet not a PCU

08/09/2010By Redaktion

Level 7 and done? Not quite, there it is. Long awaited, often discussed, supported by blurry photos: Level 9 - and now not part of the Protective Combat Uniform (PCU). L9 was a request from SOCOM and comes from the workshop of Beyond Tactical. Also featured in this small catalog: a top for Level 5, offered by Beyond Tactical. However, all of this is now under the new name Combat Clothing System (CCS). L9 is now part of its own new project, confirmed to us by Beyond Tactical themselves. The company produces the actual PCU in special sizes that are not supplied by other suppliers. Furthermore, Beyond Tactical also explains to us that they produce their own PCU variant specifically for DEVGRU.
