UKRAINE: New German package

Germany supports Ukraine with another package of vehicles and weapons. It currently includes:

– 20 Marder infantry fighting vehicles

– 30 Leopard 1 tanks

– 15 Gepard anti-aircraft tanks

– 200 reconnaissance drones

– 4 additional Iris-T anti-aircraft systems with ammunition

– additional artillery ammunition

– 200 armored combat and logistics vehicles

All of this and more comes from industrial stocks or industrial production. The implementation of these measures decided by the German government has been initiated.

The new comprehensive package of measures that Germany is currently putting together has a value of over 2.7 billion euros. This package of measures follows our previous areas of support and includes materials from areas such as artillery, air defense, armored combat vehicles, and engineering capabilities.
