Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky once again emphasizes the importance of international consensus for continuing peace negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.
British Defense Minister John Healey stated on July 19 that Ukraine could use weapons supplied by the UK to target military objectives in Russia, although it had previously been said that the UK did not allow Ukraine to use Storm Shadow missiles supplied by the UK to target military objectives in Russia.
The Kremlin is concerned about the long-term social and political impact of Russian veterans returning from the war in Ukraine.
