On April 30, the Russian armed forces did not make any confirmed progress in the area of Avdiivka for the first time in several days, while Ukrainian sources report that the Russian forces have attempted several attacks towards Bachmut-Chasiv Yar. In the morning and evening reports of the Ukrainian General Staff on April 30, it is stated that the Ukrainian armed forces repelled a total of 47 Russian attacks towards Avdiivka and 57 Russian attacks towards Bachmut throughout the day, with the number of attacks towards Chasiw Yar significantly higher than the number of attacks reported by Ukrainian sources recently.
