Ukrainian forces attacked a communication center of the Black Sea Fleet in the occupied Sevastopol in Crimea on the night of March 23, reportedly hitting an oil depot and partially damaging two landing ships of the Black Sea Fleet.
The Islamic State (IS) news agency Amaq released footage on March 23 allegedly taken from the perspective of the attackers of the Krokus Theater attack on March 22.
In response to the Krokus attack, Russian officials propose tightening their anti-migration policy. The President of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, expressed concern about the reactions of Russian ultranationalists to the Krokus Town Hall attack.
