UKRAINE: THE SITUATION 760 - MARCH 23, 2024

The Russian authorities have reportedly arrested the four attackers and seven other individuals involved in the attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall on March 22, in which, according to Russian authorities, at least 133 civilians were killed.

The ISW believes that with a high probability, the Islamic State (IS) is responsible for the attack on Crocus City Hall. However, the Kremlin quickly tried to link Ukrainian actors to the Crocus attack without evidence, but has not officially accused Ukraine of being involved in the attack.
