The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has announced that the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) lost connection to its last functioning emergency power line on the evening of December 29.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov stated on December 31 that he knew "with certainty" that the Kremlin planned to close the borders to men, declare martial law, and initiate another mobilization wave in "about a week."
In response to Ukrainian partisan activities, the Russian occupying authorities continue to intensify law enforcement in the occupied territories.
