The Russian armed forces launched a significant number of missile attacks on Ukrainian critical infrastructures, including the firing of cruise missiles and drones. Targets in various Ukrainian locations were hit, causing severe damage.
The Russian armed forces have carried out the most extensive number of missile attacks on critical Ukrainian infrastructures since the beginning of the war. Yuri Ignat, spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force Command, reported on November 15 that the Russian armed forces have fired about 100 cruise missiles of the types Kh-101 and Kh-555 at targets in Ukraine, primarily at facilities of Ukrainian critical infrastructure.

The Ukrainian General Staff further reports that the Russian armed forces fired ten drones at Ukrainian infrastructure facilities. Ukrainian and Russian sources reported that the Russian armed forces targeted locations in Kyiv as well as in the oblasts of Rivne, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Odessa, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Volyn, and Kharkiv.
