UF PRO announces that its popular Hunter FZ Gen.2 Tactical Jacket is now made from an improved MultiCam fabric that provides even better protection against cold and inclement weather at low temperatures.
This further expands the UF PRO MultiCam range for low temperatures. Currently, it includes the Delta OL 3.0 Tactical Winter Jacket, the Delta AcE Plus Gen.2 Tactical Winter Jacket, and the AcE Winter Combat Shirt.
The newly improved MultiCam fabric is a laminate with a surface made of 100% polyamide material, over which sits a polyurethane membrane, explained Wagner. "This is the softest MultiCam fabric to date, producing even less noise when the wearer moves," said Armin Wagner, Head of UF PRO Product Development. "It is also completely windproof and extremely water-repellent, providing the wearer with the necessary protection for weather conditions ranging from light rain to strong wind."
Wagner noted that the improved fabric, thanks to a special ripstop weaving technique used in the production of the outer layer, exhibits impressively high tear resistance. "The wearer will be very pleased with the abrasion resistance," said the chief developer. "The fabric holds up exceptionally well, despite the friction caused by backpacks, plate carriers, or other equipment."
The improved MultiCam fabric is a perfect evolution of the Hunter FZ Gen.2 Tactical Jacket, preferred by military and law enforcement agencies for its comfortable features, such as the 37.5™ microfleece lining that keeps the garment's interior dry by efficiently wicking away sweat.
"The jacket is also a hit because it can be compactly folded for easy storage in a backpack," added Armin Wagner.
