Turkish military gets new rifle

Turkish soldiers receiving new weapon, MKEK MPT-76, as resistance to 5.56x45mm. Delivered since May 2014, replacing H&K G3. Preferred 7.62x51mm NATO. Appearance reminiscent of Oberndorf descendant.
