Czech Republic's new Hilux horde

The Czech army is modernizing by acquiring 1,200 Toyota Hilux vehicles to replace aging UAZ and Landrover models. The vehicles have been adapted to meet the needs of the Czech armed forces and will serve as unarmored off-road vehicles.

The Russian UAZs are 40 years old, the Landrovers that followed are already 20 years old. The Czech army is upgrading and following the global trend: the first 65 Toyota Hilux vehicles were acquired by Armada CR, which have also been adapted to the needs of the Czech armed forces.
