TROOP SHOW: A Task Force in Action

In Afghanistan, soldiers wearing Multicam, AOR1, and possibly Woodland gear are depicted in colorful images. Equipment such as MK14 Mod1 and Crye JPC are highlighted, along with FAST Ballistic Helmet and ACOG optics. Special thanks to Mirage for the pictures.

Here we go into action: the pictures from Afghanistan show a colorful mix of soldiers and equipment. Most likely among them: SEALs in Multicam and AOR1. Possibly ANA Commandos in Woodland.

Advancing in the sunlight: up front a mix of gear in AOR1 and Multicam – possibly DEVGRU or regular SEAL – and with a weapon that we would interestingly identify as MK14 Mod1 – so a M14 Enhanced Battle Rifle (EBR). The front man's helmet could show a new NVG mount that is not L2G05. The man behind with AOR2 pants and a face mask could be a local translator.

Very individual equipment: on the left Multicam with probable PCU fleece tops. On the right AOR1 with a Crye JPC and a Waist Bag in UCP.

Another SEAL: gaiters also help against the dirt in Astan. The FAST Ballistic Helmet from Ops-Core, with Multicam camouflage, is interestingly seen in action here. The MK18 Mod1 also carries, rarely seen, an ACOG as optics.

Special THX to Mirage for the pictures.
