TOYS: Building the Ukrainian Army - in 1/35

Model building and current conflicts? Usually don't go together, unless the participating armies are classics in warfare. In the case of Ukraine, it's different because there are model companies like Master Box that tackle the subject. We have found a few current sets for you, they are easy to find under the mentioned name on Ebay.com.

Master Box 35224 Russian-Ukrainian War, Defence of Mariupol - Two figures in motion. The box itself comes in two versions. One with just a drawn cover, another variant also shows the Azov Chevron, the defenders of Mariupol.

Master Box 35225 Russian-Ukrainian War, Defence of Kharkiv, March 2022 - Kharkiv was a city that actively resisted the Russians right at the beginning of the war. The figures are therefore in a fighting pose.

Master Box 35223 1/35 Defence of Kyiv March 2022 Trophy #1 - The Russians never made it to Kyiv. The Ukrainian soldiers in the box are nicely posed taking a commemorative photo with a tank (which is not included in the kit).

Sappers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Plastic model kit) 1/35 ICM 35753 – Also exciting from ICM: a set of Ukrainian pioneers searching for mines.

ICM can also go bigger, this is a Ukrainian soldier in 1/16 scale. Perhaps an interesting figure for a diorama with an American MRAP from Trumpeter in 1/16 or a Hen-Long Leopard in 1/16 – converted to Ukrainian.
