The quick-release system on the side flap, combined with a fully opening top flap, ensures immediate access to the tourniquet. The tourniquet can be positioned in any direction based on the user's preference using a C-shaped holder.

An internal intermediate holder keeps the tourniquet securely in place and prevents it from falling out when the pouch is opened. 

The securing strap is placed over part of the folded tourniquet and fastened on the side with Velcro. Then, the remaining part of the tourniquet is folded over it.
