Ramsan Kadyrov and his TikTok troops are getting ready for deployment in Ukraine again. Two units are set to deploy, both named after Kadyrov's father: Achmat. The interesting thing is the vehicle equipment, which confirms that the Russian military has received the first delivery of armored vehicles from Chinese production.

Kadyrov himself has released footage showing "new vehicles that were bought for Chechen units participating in the military special operation [war in Ukraine]."

These are armored personnel carriers Tiger 4×4. The Tiger was developed by the Chinese defense company Shaanxi Baoji Special Vehicles Manufacturing.

The Tiger APC has a crew of two people, consisting of the commander and the driver, and can transport nine fully equipped infantrymen.

In addition, the Chinese Tiger can be adapted to various functions, such as APC, scout, police vehicle, ambulance, command post, and weapons carrier. Since its introduction at EUROSATORY 2012, the Tiger has been sold to several militaries, including the Bahamas, Bolivia, Somalia, and Tajikistan. Now it is a first indication that - beyond private procurement through Aliexpress - China's economy is starting to play a part on Russia's side in the war between Ukraine and Russia.
