The S-IFAK has landed
SAVOTTA has introduced the S-IFAK pouch system, featuring the main S-IFAK insert designed for a full-size IFAK setup. It offers a folding design with pull-out tabs. The system includes simple tubular mounts with elastic retention and options for horizontal and vertical attachment, along with an optional Dangler adapter for hanging.

The S-IFAK pouch system consists of the S-IFAK insert, the S-IFAK mounts (pouches) and the optional Dangler adapters.
The S-IFAK insert is the main event. Fits a serious, full-size IFAK setup of medical supplies. Folding design with hook-and-loop closure. Pull-out tabs on each end. Slides right into our S-IFAK mounts, but can also be carried in your pack, pocket or any suitably sized GP pouch.
The S-IFAK mounts are simple designed. Tubular. Open-ended. No zippers. No buckles. Just adjustable elastic cords doing the retention work. Horizontal (PALS and belt attachment) and vertical (PALS attachment) options available. Need to hang it? Check out the Dangler adapter.
