The Czech Republic is swiftly developing new military uniforms and camouflage, with testing of the MAD21 pattern initiated in August. The traditional Czech Woodland pattern is being replaced by this new Multicam variant. The updated Field Uniform 22 is set for release this year, while MAD21 camo and its winter variant will arrive in 2029.
The Czech Republic is moving quickly to develop new uniforms and camouflage gear: Military testing of the pattern, known as MAD21, began in August of this year. We find this almost a bit of a shame, because instead of the wonderful Czech Woodland pattern, there is now yet another country adopting its own version of Multicam.

The cut is also being modernized: The Field Uniform 22 in the “vz.95” pattern—the old woodland pattern—is set to be introduced later this year. The Field Uniform 22 in MAD21 camo is then scheduled to be introduced in 2029, along with the MAD21Z (winter variant).
