Rheinmetall has received an order to deliver the first batch of 21 Lynx infantry fighting vehicles as part of Italy's major procurement of 1,050 Lynx vehicles and 380 Panther battle tanks. This initiative is part of the Armored Army Combat System (A2CS) program, with deliveries expected by the end of 2025.
As part of the major Italian order for a total of 1,050 Lynx infantry fighting vehicles and 380 Panther battle tanks – both developed in-house by Rheinmetall – the company has now received the order to deliver the first batch. This comprises 21 Lynx infantry fighting vehicles and will be implemented as part of the Armored Army Combat System (A2CS) program. Delivery of the first vehicles is scheduled for the end of 2025.
