TCCC: Pelvic compress from CRO Medical Gear

Fractures in the pelvic area are common in tactical emergency medicine. Carry your own pelvic binder during operations. CRO Medical Gear developed a binder that can be quickly applied by one person. The use of the BOA adjustment wheel prevents over-tensioning, reducing the risk of further injury.

Fractures in the pelvic area are common in tactical emergency medicine. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to carry your own pelvic binder during operations. CRO Medical Gear has developed a binder (CRO Pelvic Binder) that can be quickly and easily applied by just one person. Additionally, the use of the BOA adjustment wheel prevents over-tensioning, minimizing the risk of further injury to the patient.

Initial studies show that the CRO Pelvic Binder can be applied much faster than previously used binders, which is why it is now preferred by SOF medics.

Although the CRO Pelvic Binder has not yet been released for the civilian market, it can be pre-ordered HERE.
