What to do when things get real? This question has occupied us, and that's why SPARTANAT invited our friends from 4CES to Vienna with their seminar "Tactical First Responder A." For two days, intensive learning and practicing of TCCC took place to learn everything needed in case of an emergency.
Frontal teaching was only at the beginning: Felix (left) and Robert (right) succinctly taught the necessary basics here.
And already the first one is on the ground: The beginning of modern buddy care is MARCH, a quick brief examination of the whole body. Here demonstrated by the instructors...
Robert from 4CES explains what a man should have with him. San material as Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) or in the large bag of the Combat Medic, who accompanies the group.
... and the learners are already working intensively. MARCH under the watchful eye of Felix from 4CES.
The same thing again: Connecting and examining under very minimal lighting conditions is a special challenge.
Role-playing a situation: The casualty is on the ground, the first responder begins to take care of the victim, two comrades secure the area, must help carry the casualty during the position change.
Nothing is certain in Field Care under Fire: a rescuer suddenly gets shot as well, he applies a tourniquet to his arm for the time being. Unexpected challenges need to be overcome. In particular, the scenarios challenged the entire team.
Teachers and apprentices: Many thanks to the team of 4CES for two intense and extremely informative days in Vienna. Thank you to all participants for an excellent course!
4CES from Germany offers various courses from Tactical First Responder/Medic to Tactics/Shooting and Self-Defense/Hand to Hand.
