DATALOCKER has achieved FIPS 140-3 Level 3 certification for its DataLocker DL4 hard drive and Sentry K350 USB drive, making it the only provider with such credentials worldwide. The products feature enhanced security, user-friendly design, and compliance with the Trade Agreements Act, ideal for regulated industries.
DATALOCKER has achieved another level of certification for its security solutions. With the external DataLocker DL4 hard drive and the microSSD drive Sentry K350, the manufacturer is the only provider in the world to have obtained FIPS 140-3 Level 3 certification for both mobile hard drives and USB drives. The two hardware-encrypted storage devices are also fully compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) through a trusted supply chain. This is particularly advantageous for customers in regulated industries and regions. The current validations have been confirmed by the NIST's Cryptographic Module Validation Program under certificate numbers 5091 and 5092.
As part of the “Simply Secure” strategy, DATALOCKER places great importance on ease of use across all products. Thanks to SmartScreen technology, there is a visual confirmation on the screen during the PIN entry. This makes input significantly easier than with other encrypted USB storage devices with PIN pads, where codes often must be entered “blind” or confirmed only by colored blinking codes. Instead of purely numeric PIN codes, which are commonly used in similar products, DataLocker also allows complex passwords that can include letters, numbers, and special characters. Guided workflows with clear on-screen prompts are available for operations such as initial setup, unlocking, or resetting the password.

DataLocker DL4 is the only TAA-compliant, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 certified external hard drive in the world. It is designed for use in scenarios with high security requirements and offers the following features:

The Sentry K350 is the only TAA-compliant, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 encrypted USB drive with status indicator. Key features include:
