ENFORCE TAC 2025:

Strong partnership for the future

ENFORCE TAC, Europe's key security and defence trade fair, will be supported by the BDSV starting in 2026. This strategic partnership aims to enhance dialogue and collaboration in the sector amid evolving security challenges. The event will showcase innovations and foster discussions among industry leaders and policymakers.

ENFORCE TAC, Europe’s leading platform for dialogue and innovation in the security and defence industry, is set to benefit from high-calibre support: As of 2026, the Federation of German Security and Defence Industries (BDSV) will be the institutional sponsor and conceptual partner for the trade fair, which takes place at Exhibition Centre Nuremberg from 23 to 25 February. This partnership sends out a strong message about the role of Enforce Tac as an innovation hub for Europe’s future security while underscoring the growing importance of the defence sector.

Strategic alliance for Europe’s security

As a supporting institution, BDSV is taking on an active role as a strategic partner to ENFORCE TAC. As the leading representative body for the German security and defence industry, the association will contribute its expertise in all relevant issues affecting the sector and strengthen the dialogue between industry, policymakers, and institutions. This alliance is even more crucial in the light of the structural shift in security policy and the current global crises. New threat scenarios and complex interdependencies are creating enormous challenges for governments and companies alike. “Our world is more dynamic and complex than ever,” explains Roland Haag, Managing Director of the BDSV. “Digitalisation, global supply chains, critical infrastructures, urban spaces, and new forms of criminality and hybrid threats require us to develop a completely new understanding of security.”

Innovation and collaboration are crucial

ENFORCE TAC is committed to providing a secure environment for strategic discussions and fostering a spirit of collaboration between all players from the security sector. Having the BDSV on board as our conceptual partner reinforces this commitment – through expert advice, joint initiatives, and the development of strategic networks. Nevertheless, today’s challenges call for more than just technological innovation. They demand strategic collaboration between official bodies, industry, and society in general, as well as shared responsibility – an approach that Haag underlines: “Networked security is about much more than just the interplay of modern technologies. It embodies the collaborative interaction between institutions, companies, and individuals who bear responsibility – to achieve security, resilience, and trust.”

Shaping the future together

The partnership creates a platform that intensifies dialogue and engenders new momentum for the future of the European security landscape. As Jasmin Rutka, Director ENFORCE TAC, emphasises: “With the BDSV as our conceptual sponsor, we are gaining a strong partner that will provide vital support for the ongoing strategic development of Enforce Tac and intensify the dialogue between industry, official bodies, and security forces.” This dialogue is what makes Enforce Tac a proving ground for Europe’s future security, where innovation and collaboration combine, and new standards are set. “ENFORCE TAC shows how innovative solutions can be interconnected,” adds Haag. “But just as important as the technology is the dialogue between all stakeholders. It is only these exchanges that produce the concepts that will strengthen our security architecture in the long term.”

Enforce Tac 2026: spotlight on networked security

Under the banner ‘Networked Security’, ENFORCE TAC will gather around 1,200 international exhibitors and leading representatives of the security and defence industry in a discreet setting to drive innovations and develop strategies for the future. It offers an environment for strategic discussions and the presentation of innovative technologies – from tactical equipment and communication technology to cybersecurity.

Please note: This event is restricted to members of the armed forces and official security and law enforcement agencies and organisations.
