S&S Precision presents new PlateFrame

One of the spectacular plate carrier designs is the PlateFrame by S&S Precision – here in our review – and it is now being revamped into the new PlateFrame 2.0. S&S Precision has presented the evolution of their carrier at the SHOT SHOW 2016. It looks completely different - yet similar. The basic structure remains a SAPI Plate framed by the carrier structure. Here are the images from SOLDIER SYSTEMS showing the front and back, as well as a new magazine pocket system that is supposed to be flexible.

On the back, however, there is a different approach, as a frame is placed on the base plate, attached with four lever handles. It can be individually configured and quickly replaced. On the shoulder, there is also a custom buckle for quick release. Overall, it is once again an extremely futuristic design that combines the latest materials and functionality.
