From Sweden come many good things besides Köttbullar. The weapons accessory manufacturer Spuhr i Dalby AB (Spuhr) is definitely one of them. In July and September 2019, Spuhr delivered 3,000 sets of the R-315 MP5 Adjustable Stock, Low to the German Federal Police. Now Spuhr has received a second order for an additional 3,000 of the sliding stocks, to be delivered by the end of 2019, with options for additional deliveries in 2020.
Ulf Nilsson, CEO, says: "We are very proud that the Federal Police have chosen our stocks to modernize their MP5 - and we are very grateful for the hard work of the German distributor Pol-Tec in securing this order".
But not only Germans opt for Spuhr, but the Swedes themselves as well. For their G3 rifles, they are procuring an additional 5,000 adjustable stocks R-410 G3 (M4800-751529 KOLV AK4 JUSTERB/K), which are to be delivered by March 2020. In 2016, Spuhr already delivered more than 5,000 pieces of their adjustable stocks to the Swedish Armed Forces for the AK 4C and AK 4D rifles.
The Spuhr R-410 G3 Adjustable Stock was designed to improve the ergonomics and controllability of the G3 platform. Based on the success in Sweden, the R-410 - and its siblings, the R-310 and R-315 stocks for the MP5 - are now in use with the Swedish Army and Home Guard, the Portuguese Marines, as well as with law enforcement agencies in Germany and the Netherlands. For those in Germany who want to upgrade: SPUHR parts are available directly from POL-TEC.
