Schuberth produces professional helmets for police and military. And is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) Police & Military Sales Germany.

YOUR TASKS:

• You are the primary contact person for procurement offices.
• You are responsible for maintaining existing customers and acquiring new ones.
• You independently implement the sales strategy and are responsible for achieving sales targets.
• You conduct market observations and analyses.
• You organize training sessions for customers.
• You are co-responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of trade fairs, conferences, and events.
• You work flexibly from home or on the go.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING:

• You have completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree with a commercial or technical background.
• You preferably have previous military or police service experience.
• You have practical experience with a proven track record in B2B/B2G field sales. Ideally in the area of police and military.
• You have outstanding communication skills in German, and preferably in English.
• You demonstrate independent, structured, and goal-oriented work.
• You have a high willingness to travel as well as high intercultural competence.
• You are proficient in working with ERP systems and common MS-Office applications such as Excel and Power Point.
