Your tasks:

• Ensuring the technical assessment and logistical handling of returns
• Decision-making according to guidelines on the internal treatment and control of returns
• Goods receipt postings and internal document creation
• Creation of orders, credit notes, and return processes
• Support for the sales and marketing departments at events and technical support at trade fairs
• Technical support for private labels
• Completion and support of general workshop activities (carrying out repairs of firearms and firearm accessories as well as maintenance on-site or forwarding to manufacturers, service provision, consulting services, spare parts delivery)

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably as a gunsmith
• Professional experience in this or a similar function desirable
• Expertise in the field of weapons/ammunition is mandatory
• Strong social skills and experience in personal customer interaction
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Structured and team-oriented work approach
