As soon as possible or by agreement, we are looking for a CLERK IN THE PURCHASING, IMPORT & EXPORT AREA FULL TIME

Your tasks

• Purchasing of goods including contact with suppliers
• Ongoing inventory control
• Purchasing planning
• Order acceptance and processing of imports / exports
• General office and administrative tasks
• Customs processing
• Preparation of statistical reports and analysis
• Analysis, identification and implementation of processes
• Participation in logistics concepts and projects
• Contact person and advisor for departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting, and sales)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a forwarding agent
• Professional experience in the areas of foreign trade, customs, import / export
• Solid MS-Office (Excel) knowledge
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Organizational, coordination, and planning skills
• Teamwork and sense of responsibility
