Your Tasks

• Development of cartridges and components according to the internal development process and in compliance with quality standards and economic aspects
• Documentation of development processes across all development phases
• Optimization of existing products to achieve the required quality following the development process
• Transition of products into production to ensure sustainable series quality
• Optimization of existing processes
• Project management for all tasks defined in the development process, also in an international context
• Coordination of interfaces and close cooperation with the departments involved in the project (sales, product management, etc.)

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical studies (industrial engineering or similar), alternatively completed technical vocational training with an additional qualification (technician or master)
• Solid experience and relevant professional experience in this or a similar position
• Basic knowledge of the weapon/ammunition system is required
• Extensive knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemistry
• Project management experience is beneficial
• Good user skills in MS-Office and SAP PLM
• Structured and independent way of working, coupled with a high standard for own work
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
