Commercial Employee in Full Time

Your tasks:

- general administrative tasks

- creating shipping, freight and customs documents

- maintaining and contributing to the webshop and merchandise management system

- participation in project coordination, implementation, and monitoring

- invoicing of completed project scopes

- accounting tasks (preparatory)

- configuration and quality management

- international correspondence

Your qualifications:

completed commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience

good - very good IT skills (MS Office, preferably SAGE, IT knowledge advantageous)

good English language skills written and spoken

self-organized work

friendly and confident appearance

team spirit, reliability, flexibility, commitment, and impeccable reputation
