Your tasks:
• Support of the management in organizational and administrative tasks
• Independent organization and completion of clearly defined areas of responsibility
• External and internal correspondence in German and English
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of appointments and tasks
• General support of employees in the sales and marketing department
• Commercial project management and participation in project control
• Contribution to company-wide process optimizations
• Preparation and review of offers
• Preparation/review of contracts and contract content
• Compilation and tracking of market information and company statistics
Your profile:
• Completed commercial training and relevant professional experience or a degree in economics.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in speech and writing
• Organizational talent, communication skills, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Assertiveness, resilience, and teamwork
• Affinity to our product portfolio
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
• Very high independence and the drive to independently implement things
