THE POSITION

In this varied and versatile position, you will take care of an existing portfolio of internationally active business customers, as well as end customers. You advise your customers with enthusiasm and ensure the optimal handling of customer inquiries and orders to the customer's satisfaction.

YOUR TASKS

• Serving national and international customers (B2B & B2C)
• Structured and independent processing of the entire order process, such as quotation preparation, calculation, order processing, planning, and invoicing
• Supporting the sales team
• Monitoring delivery dates/receipt of goods
• Coordinating all tasks with the shipping companies
• After-sales service
• Development of key figures from Microsoft Navision

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed, preferably commercial education or relevant work experience
• Preferably professional experience in inside sales
• Strong customer service orientation
• Team player with precise, reliable, and fast work
• High commitment and initiative
• Very good English language skills in writing and speaking

The minimum salary for the position of Customer Responbile is €1,682.37 gross per month based on full-time employment. Overpayment due to qualifications and professional experience is possible.
