At the SHOT Show, you always find exciting things. Our friends from Frag Out Magazine have discovered this beautiful piece, a semi-automatic M2. After the Semi-auto M249, this is now the second iconic belt-fed weapon that could theoretically be legal for civilians.
This monster is made by Ohio Ordnance Works, Inc. and is called M2-SLR. SLR stands for "Self Loading Rifle" and costs "only" 16,407 USD, so almost a bargain. In Austria, this monster will not be legal anytime soon, as the .50 BMG cartridge is not available for civilians. Too bad.
