LINDNERHOF TAKTIK has released the new video series "Set-It Up" with the aim of showcasing the maximum utility of their new products in various types of operations, providing valuable insights and information on their application.
"We believe that it is much better to show the features and benefits of a product rather than just explain them," said Kolbeck. "And the way we are showing them in this video series is simply exciting, as we highlight our products in real-life practical scenarios."
The first episode of "Set It Up" - premiering today and can be viewed HERE - offers an in-depth look at the new droppable plate carrier LT025/V A2 from Lindnerhof. It is worn by a special forces soldier, supported by an elite soldier of the Bundeswehr, while undergoing grueling training with shooting exercises.
According to Kolbeck, the LT025/V A2 is depicted on a CORDURA® fabric base - an evolution of the classic LT025/V droppable plate carrier - with a typical EGB troop equipment. "You will see that the new skeletonized hip belt of the LT025/V A2 and the rear zippers, for attaching panels on the back, support the load. And all this in conjunction with the user's preferred features that made the original LT025/V such a great workhorse," he said.
Kolbeck emphasizes that the "Set It Up" video series is not intended to boost sales in a visually appealing way, but rather to help existing and potential users get the most out of the showcased products.
In Episode 1, in addition to the LT025/V A2, four other recently introduced Lindnerhof products are featured: The MX931 Hydration Pouch, the MX762 Pistol Magazine Pouches (single and double), the LT279 Lightstick Holder, and the MX062 Slim Drop Pouch.
"This episode - and those that follow - not only demonstrate the benefits/utility of the featured products, but also prompt viewers to consider how the products can be used in the many different situations that users may encounter during an operation," said Björn Herbert, Co-Moderator of "Set It Up" and International Technical Sales Manager of LINDNERHOF.
"Take for example the new MX931 Hydration Pouch," Herbert continues. "When it comes to mounting the hose within reach so that you can access the contents of the hydration bladder at any time without having to remove the equipment or open the pouch, viewers will easily see the benefits compared to other hydration pouches. Similarly, with the MX062 Slim Drop Pouch: viewers will see how remarkably slim it is and can easily infer how much space it saves."
The section in episode 1 focusing on the MX762 Pistol Magazine Pouch demonstrates its adaptability and reliability, with Kolbeck and Herbert showcasing three ways to secure the magazines in the pouches according to preference. They either use the included integrated Grip-Clip, employ a rubber cord with an Alpha Tab, or simply close the cover.
The idea for producing this video series came about after Lindnerhof's leadership was seeking a new strategy to support the launch of new products.
"For the year 2023, we decided to provide our community with more effective authentic news and truly useful information," explains Kolbeck. "Being former special forces ourselves, a video series seemed the most meaningful. We saw it as a great opportunity to talk about our products and at the same time remain true to the Lindnerhof brand, as well as our customers, partners, and friends. Due to our own operational experiences, we have a lot of input to contribute to these conversations – and in this series, we don't hold back in sharing that input."
