The functional shirt for use in action: the polyester-spandex blend dries quickly and the cut provides compression, which is intended to stimulate circulation. If you prefer a slightly looser fit, it is recommended to size up. A thumb loop also ensures that the sleeves do not ride up or leave the palm uncovered.
