SCHUBERTH will showcase the new T100C training helmet at MILIPOL Paris 2025. Designed for military and police training, it combines low weight with high protection and modularity. Weighing 750-790 g, it meets EN safety standards and features an adjustable interior and a modular accessory system for enhanced functionality.
Head protection specialist SCHUBERTH from Magdeburg will be presenting its new T100C training helmet at MILIPOL Paris 2025. The helmet was developed specifically for training and operational scenarios in the military and police sectors and combines low weight with maximum protection and modularity. SCHUBERTH is thus expanding its portfolio of tactical head protection systems with another practical model.
The T100C is the training version of the proven M100 combat helmet and has the same interfaces (rails, shroud, etc.) and identical interior fittings, which means that operation remains unchanged for the user. The newly developed, multi-layer carbon composite helmet shell ensures maximum dimensional stability and resistance with significantly reduced weight. Weighing only 750 g (size XS–M) or 790 g (size M–XL), the T100C is the lightest training helmet in its class. The T100C is the first tactical training helmet to meet the requirements of the EN 12492 mountaineering helmet and EN 1385 whitewater helmet standards. The EPP inner shell with 4-point chin strap and neck cushion offers optimal comfort and shock absorption. Thanks to the new, adjustable interior, the helmet can be individually adapted to the shape of the head and wearing habits and is compatible with all tactical hearing protection systems available on the market.

Like all modern SCHUBERTH system helmets, the T100C has a fully modular design. The integrated rail system with three mounts allows oxygen or respiratory masks, communication systems, cameras, or IR/IFF recognition modules to be attached simultaneously. In addition, the helmet is equipped with the Enhanced Connection Device (ECD) system, which offers extended interfaces for additional accessories – from artificial camouflage material to tactical add-on components.
The T100C meets the relevant safety standards for training and exercise helmets:
• Mountaineering helmet EN 12492
• Whitewater helmet EN 1385
It is available in terracotta brown (RAL 8021), bronze green (RAL 6031), and sand brown (RAL 8031). The helmet shell features a high-cut design. “With the T100C, we offer our partners in the military and police a training solution that precisely replicates the operation and ergonomics of our combat helmets – with significantly reduced weight and maximum wearing comfort. This closes the gap between realistic training and operational use,” explains Milad Youkhanna, Head of Military & Law Enforcement at SCHUBERTH GMBH.
