Crye Precision introduced the Six12 shotgun at Shot Show 2014, featuring a unique revolver-like drum magazine with 6 shots of 12-gauge. Originally designed for breachers, the shotgun will be available for civilians in 2015 with barrel lengths of 12, 18, and 22 inches.
Crye Precision presented its own firearm for the Shot Show 2014 for the first time: the Six12 shotgun. In this case, the name is also the program, as the weapon has a revolver-like drum magazine with 6 shots of 12-gauge (18.35mm).
Originally, the shotgun was developed for breachers as a replacement for the Masterkey system, to be mounted under the barrel. However, there are plans to offer the shotgun as a standalone weapon as well. The available barrel lengths will be 12, 18, and 22 inches. The weapon will only be available for civilians in 2015, as Crye – as usual – gives priority to government orders.
