SAVOTTA has received an order worth approximately 13 million euros from the Finnish Defence Forces for new M23 belt and pouch sets. Additionally, they will manufacture textile parts for a 7 million euro order of M17 plate carriers.

These projects will tie up a significant portion of their resources for several years and may temporarily affect the availability of their commercial products. SAVOTTA is already working on expanding production capacities to keep up with the increasing demand.

The M23 belt and pouch set is designed for soldiers wearing an M17 protective vest and other PALS-compatible equipment. The set includes a PALS-compatible belt, two double magazine pouches, a single magazine pouch, four accessory pouches, a dump pouch, and two grenade pouches. All pouches feature a Finnish M05 woodland camouflage pattern and have both PALS and belt attachment systems.
