Russian Micro: ANA Tactical Universal Fast Chest Rig

The Russians have not overlooked the trend towards the Micro Rig in the West. Sometimes small and practical is advantageous: the ANA Tactical Universal Fast Chest Rig picks up on the trend, but is designed for AK74 magazines.

Compact with MOLLE, for three AK74 magazines, this is the Russian Micro. ANA Tactical calls it "Furious."

The centerpiece is this platform. Six clips connect with the straps, the magazines are secured with bungee cord. MOLLE makes the Micro platform modular.

Configured here as a Chest Rig: X-Harness and waist strap are visible. The back mesh is removable with velcro, meaning that the platform can also be clipped onto a plate carrier as a waist load without straps.

Excitingly, the Russian Micro Rig can also be worn as a leg panel. The straps at the top go to the belt, the other two attach the rig to the thigh.
